You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify luckpk support immediately.
luckpk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method. Accounts where KYC has not been completed may have deposits, wagers and withdrawals restricted until verification is satisfactory.
The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree to use the Platform in good faith and not to take any action that disrupts, exploits or damages the Services or other users' experience.

Deposits may be made using payment methods available in the cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. All deposits are processed in PKR or the currency supported by the selected payment method. Payment method names including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for context only and do not imply endorsement of, affiliation with, or support for gambling by those institutions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the cashier. luckpk processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe displayed at point of request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. luckpk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests.
Where transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), amounts will be displayed as "PKR" or "Rs" followed by the relevant figure. Currency conversion fees may apply where deposits or withdrawals are made in a currency other than the account base currency.
luckpk is not responsible for transactions declined by your payment provider. If a payment is declined, please contact your bank or payment provider directly. Do not attempt repeated deposits if your payment method continues to decline, as this may result in charges from your provider.
All bonuses, free spins, free bets and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the terms applicable to that specific offer. General terms that apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise include:
luckpk actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising exposure. Where abuse is identified, luckpk reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close the Account.
luckpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or substitute any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign for reasons within our control, existing participants will be notified and reasonable provisions made.
All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or by the outcome of live events as applicable. The results displayed on screen are final. luckpk does not manipulate game outcomes in its favour beyond the published theoretical return-to-player (RTP) rates for each game.
In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects gameplay, luckpk reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return staked amounts to the Account Balance. luckpk is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a technical failure. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard condition applied across all gaming products.
Sports markets — including Pakistan international cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC — are subject to specific sportsbook rules which govern settlement, void conditions, early settlement offers and in-play betting restrictions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckpk, its directors, employees, partners, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses — arising from:

Upon Account termination, all rights granted under these Terms cease immediately. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Platform operates, as determined by the applicable licensing authority. luckpk does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. Users in Pakistan participate subject to their own assessment of applicable local law.
luckpk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice — either via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform — before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
